Important Information

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy and our Terms of Service.

Arvelle Boutique operates exclusively online and works with international fulfilment partners. We do not operate a physical retail store.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. As orders are typically processed within a few hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to our automated fulfilment system.


Returns

Prior Approval Required

Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Period

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be undamaged

  • Be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene-sensitive items (including underwear, lingerie, tights and certain personal care items), returns may be restricted or excluded for hygiene and safety reasons.


How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Your contact details

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.


Return Address

Please note that returns are processed through our international warehouse. Approved returns must be sent to the address in given in the mail.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g. wrong size, colour or change of mind):
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged or incorrect items (our error):
    We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item free of charge.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.


Shipping Risk & Tracking

Returns are shipped at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or untracked return shipments, including delays caused by customs.

Returns without a valid track & trace number cannot be verified and will not qualify for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please:

No Hidden Costs

We do not charge any additional fees for refunds, however the shipping is on account of the buyer.
There are no administration fees or refund handling charges.
